Rules : 1 . All entries in this division must be the work of the amateur exhibitor . 2 . Vases of value should not be used . 3 . Names and addresses should be on the bottom of containers . Neither the Fair Assoc . or the Benton County Master Gardeners will not be responsible for containers , arrangements or accessories . 4 . Plant material may be all fresh or all dried no mixing ( no silks ). 5 . Accessories are permitted . 6 . Plant material used in designs may be purchased if desired . 7 . Exhibitors are encouraged to refresh arrangements during the week if needed . 8 . Exhibitors may enter only one ( 1 ) entry per class . 9 . All entries are judged on overall presentation , quality of specimens and artistic technique .
