ADULT TABLE SETTING CONTEST Superintendent – Lavon Stark and Nancy Amos Special Awards Sponsored by Centerton Connects EHC
Rules : 1 . Table Settings must be put into place on Sept . 21 between 10:00 and 2:00 . 2 . Each exhibit must have a theme ( birthday , holiday , football party , etc .) and a suitable menu . Menu and theme should be written or typed and placed with the table setting ( frame , etc ).
3 . All items to be used for table setting and arrangements are to be brought and set up at one time . Lightweight items should be taped down .
4 . Participants will be provided a 24 ” x 24 ” table space for each setting . Only one place setting will be allowed on each table . Participants are required to furnish their own tablecloths as well as all other items : placemats , china , flatware , glassware , etc . ( paper products may be used as appropriate ). 5 . Participants will be the ONLY persons allowed in the table setting area . 6 . All exhibits will be placed in a roped off area . However , the fair association cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages to property .
