Rules for Home Arts : 1 . Each article must serve a useful purpose for the home . 2 . Only one exhibit may be entered per class . 3 . The age of the Exhibitor must be on entry tag . ( Upper right corner ) 4 . All articles must be completely finished . 5 . A backing will be required on framed items . 6 . All Wall Hangings must have hangers . 7 . Safety pin all tags on fabric items . 8 . No Clothing Items OR Sewn Items . 9 . Additional rules in each Section .
