General Rules and Regulations
Register your entries by September 15 at https :// bentonar . fairwire . com $ 2 late fee
Entries are only accepted at fairgrounds on Saturday , September 21 from 10:00 -2:00
Entries must be picked up on Sunday , September 29 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
1 . All Exhibits will be governed by the Benton County Fair General Rules , unless otherwise stated .
2 . Youth entries will also be accepted in the following departments : Agronomy / Horticulture , Floral , and Fine Arts . Youth items cannot be entered in any of the Adult Home Arts Divisions . Quilts will be entered in youth department and then displayed with Adult Quilts after judging .
3 . Youth Ages 5-8 can only enter items listed in the Cloverbud Division , Fine Arts , Floral , and Agronomy / Horticulture .
4 . Only one ( 1 ) exhibit may be entered per class .
5 . All articles must have been made and / or arranged by the 4-H / Youth Exhibitor within the last 12 months .
6 . No articles may be entered in the
4-H / Youth Department that have been previously exhibited in the Benton County Fair or other fairs .
7 . Fair tags will be printed and provided by fair .
8 . Entries must remain in place throughout the fair until released on Sunday , September 29 from 1:00-3:00 .
9 . Entries not being picked up at the release time will be held at the fair office for one week after the fair . Fair superintendents and officials will not be responsible for any exhibits not picked up on Sunday .
10 . All Special Awards are subject to change .
