For nearly 30 years, Groundwork has been
working with partners to mobilise communities in
improving and looking after green spaces in
and around towns and cities. They want places
to look better, streets to be safer and outside
areas to be green and beautiful. Groundwork
enable people of all ages to take part in
activities together to make the best of where
they live. They help to improve job prospects by
offering training and employment opportunities.
They show people how they can make their
