spend on the gift basket
3. Tell us the occasion (birthday, anniversay,
baby shower, etc
4. Let us know what the recipients interests are
5. Give us a list of their preferences in food and
beverage (as well as anything to which they
are allergic or do NOT like)
6. If you know the person well, you may
stipulate their hobbies or interests (bowling,
baseball, Harry Potter, motor cycles, etc)
7. Is there a color preference?
8. If it is for a child's birthday, how old will they
be?
9. What would you like to say in the card that we
will attach on your behalf?
10. To which address would you like your order
delivered and on what date?
11. Is there a specific time of day when your order
should be delivered?
12. Make out your check - the address will be
given to you at the time of order
