Bell Media Ltd, the organisers of“ School Summit” must be provided with the contact details, both work and personal( i. e. mobile number) of the teacher or supervisor accompanying the students at the event. School Summit is an educational event and, for health and Safety reasons, the student: teacher ratio should reflect those of school policy. Student codes of behaviour should be adhered to at the event. Bell Media Ltd will not be held liable for loss of personal belongings at the event nor will be liable for student behaviour at the event. Payment shall be made to Bell Media Ltd prior to attendance. An invoice will be sent with our bank details and a 50 % deposit is required( this is based on a rough estimate of student attendees), of which is non-refundable, and must be made upon booking. The rest can be settled before May 2017. If the school wishes to cancel, they need to submit their cancellations before 31st of May 2017 at 5pm. Any later than this would automatically mean that the school will remain accountable for full payment. Cancellations made after 5pm on May 31st remain liable for full payment( based on estimated number of students) as there will be insufficient time for the organisors to allocate space to another group.
