During Fat Village the latest trenD in art walk festivities held in Fort Lauderdale every last Saturday of each month we had the pleasure of meeting artist , business entrepreneur Justin Davenport. We asked Justin a little bit about the SKINNY BUDDHA creation and this is what he had to say;

At Skinny Buddha, the mission is simple: “Art is a crucial part of a successful, positively evolving civilization.”

Iam a native to SoFlo and birthed the brand from my love for quality apparel and a sincere appreciation for art. The Skinny Buddha family believes in positive energy, peaceful relationships and consistent progress.

One might wonder: What IS a skinny Buddha? A Skinny Buddha is defined as “who is young and has not yet reached their goals, but who is constantly growing and striving to reach their aspirations.”

“I wanted to create a brand with a soul, that inspires people to reach their goals and makes them realize that struggle, and even failure, are parts of growth and being a skinny Buddha.
