ROAD TRIP DESTINATION
Siting just over 200 miles north of Miami smacked in the center of the state sits Lakeland. A city in Polk County, Florida, USA, located between Tampa and Orlando along Interstate 4. According to the 2010 U.S. Census Bureau estimate, the city had a population of 97,422. During our recent visit to this charming SWAN CAPITAL CITY we were able to appreciate the vast population of these beautiful birds along Lake Morton in the center of the city which have been in the area since the 1920's.

Although this may not be your typical city life style destination, Lakeland has its uniquness. Besides having a quaint nightlife atmosphere Lakeland is definetly a destination for those TREASURE Hunters. From main South Florida Ave to those hidden dead end streets
you can find an array of Vintage, Antique and salvage establishments all with their unique looks and amazing finds.
