Interviewer: And now that you've had 11 chemo's and you have one more chemotherapy. What is their prognosis now?

Andrea: Well we still have to get a cat scan in order to determine it fully. But we know that since I did have surgery, pretty much everything is gone.

Interviewer: What did they do with surgery? Did they remove anything?

Andrea: They removed part of my large intestine and the tumor that I had. Thankfully, the tumor or the cancer didn't spread. It kind of just stayed within one spot, so they were able to remove the majority of my cancer away at the time.

Interviewer: That's fantastic. So you could live a very long life here and beat this thing?

Andrea: Oh yeah, for sure.

Interviewer: And you can have your babies and your family.

Andrea: Yeah, definitely. I think it will definitely be something that I look forward to in the future. You know?

Interviewer: So now you're an advocate for colon cancer?

Andrea: I'd like to think so, yeah.

Interviewer: Well, you certainly have taken off like a jet stream with some ... all of the media that you've been getting in your life, which is really God's gift.

Andrea: Oh yeah. It's definitely something crazy because I never expected it. There's so many people going through the same thing as I am at this very moment and for God to choose me to be able to have the voice is incredible. It's something that I always ... I mean it's unfortunate to say that this was a circumstance, but at the end of the day it's something that works, you know.

Interviewer: Javier at the same time, you're both very blessed and the fact that you both love each other so much and been in such a long relationship that having a man like you in her life to standby her is really such a beautiful blessing.

Javier: Well, you know I'd like to think I'm the blessed one. I get to keep seeing her for more years.
