How to get that summer body

You've been dying for!

1) Eat plenty of Healthy foods

Eat foods high in protien and avoid junk foods. Don't starve yourself you will lose chances of losing weight.

2) Drink water

Refrain from drinking soda or juice even if it's diet.

3) Get plenty of sleep

Sleep deprivation hurts your ability to lose weight.

4) Exercise

Do your cardio

Start walking an hour a day

5) Get a workout routine

Using weights or without
