succesful life. Even without prominent parents behind her.
Contemporary Russian fashion icons have somehow a very similar background - rich parents that
helped them achieve their dreams. Your story is
a bit different. Also, you started the real career
only after having a baby.
Yes, my story is very much different. I don’t have rich
parents or sponsors. Also, I am married and I have
a little son. After he was born I’ve become even more
active and motivated. I would like to enjoy life to the
max but at the same time not cause any harm to my
family values.
And there you got a chance to interview one of
the most popular fashion bloggers - Chiara from
the Fashion Salad blog. How was it?
I was very excited before the interview, because for
a long time I have been reading Chiara’s blog. I really
like it, I found it very interesting to get to know her personally. She was very pleasant and energetic, everything
went fine. And I’m very glad that I had this opportunity.
But you have always been a part of fashion
industry, is that right?
I started to work as a model at the age of 15. It was
a show where I was invited by a friend designer. After
that, everything started to pile up. Yet, I managed to
graduate from the Faculty of journalism, department of
advertising and public relations. But my work has somehow always been associated with the fashion industry.
Now you ocassionaly still work as a model and
also as a personal shopper and stylist. But you
have some more interesting projects going on.
I’ve been blogging for almost 3 years now and it is my
main job on which I spend most of my time. In 2011,
thanks to the blog, which at that time was already
