far far away
Rothenburg ob der Tauber: When you think of Germany and its colorful timbered homes
with gorgeous flower boxes in each window, this is the place you dream of.
Rhine River Region: Best wine and castles in the world. Take a day-cruise along the river
to see the best of it.
Oktoberfest in Munich: The biggest beer festival in the world! Need I say more?
The Christmas Markets: Christmas in Germany is simply magical. Each town across the
country has its own Christmas Market from late November until Christmas Eve full of lovely
holiday decorations, local handicrafts, and some of the best food I’ve ever eaten.
The Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria: At 9,718 ft above the Alps, it’s the
highest point in Germany. You can see the Alps in Austria and Italy from the top, too!
Lake Constance (Bodensee): It boarders Germany, Austria and Switzerland and is
littered with adorable lakeside towns and is home to a place known as ‘Flower Island’,
which is not to be missed!
