“time is FREE, but it’s priceless” 8. Limit social media Stop checking your Facebook and emails constantly. Instead, restrict your viewing time to no more than 5 minutes, three times a day – morning, midday and evening. You’ll still stay on top of things but you won’t get sucked into it wasting your time. 9. Don’t watch too much TV Limit your TV viewing time and use the time you otherwise would have been watching TV on more important things — spending time with your loved ones, exercising, writing that novel you’ve been dreaming about. 10. Opt for easy care With wrinkle-free fabrics ironing will be largely avoided. Buy 'easy iron' clothes, choose cotton knits, cotton blends and synthetic fabrics; avoid 100% linen. Also, don’t buy items made of fabrics that grab lint. While washing use gentle program that prevents wrinkling, drying machine makes 90% of items wrinkle-free. 11. Ask for help Maybe you think you can do everything best. But you can’t do it all. The ability to delegate is the main secret of success of many businessmen. Try it at your home - get a cleaning lady or at least invest in an automatic hoover that will clean the whole apartment in a few minutes - all alone! AND ALSO... 12. Cook smarter Quit smoking Not even it is unhealthy, it also wastes your precious time! On average a man spends 1 hour a day smoking! 13. Shop online Skip a bath Instead of a long bath opt for a short refreshing shower. You will save at least 15 minutes and act ecologically too. Use pot-lids or a pressure cooker. That way you will significantly shorten the cooking time and your stay in the kitchen. And when cooking, prepare food for at least 2-3 days ahead - what are a fridge and a freezer for, anyway? Use internet e-shops with free home delivery. That way you can save up to 2 hours! You can shop not only for fashion but also frequently used household goods such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. 50
