learned and applied to my life in order to get myself in
much better shape. The thing to remember is that these
things have to become habits for you. Remember that
heart disease is the number one killer in America.
Getting your health in control is the best way to improve
heart issues.
Make sure to get a yearly physical and stay informed on
the status of your health. Be responsible to yourself and
your loved ones. Take care of your body, you only get
one.
