AL CAPONE ARRESTED FOR TAX EVASION!

On October 18, 1931, Capone was convicted and was sentenced to eleven years in federal prison on November 24. He was fined $50,000 and charged $7,692 for court costs, in addition to the $215,000 he owed back on taxes.

Capone is currently confined to the Cook County Jail where he is awaiting for appeals.

Sources have said that his appeals will most likely be denied and he will be sent to Alcatraz, a U.S. Penitentiary in Atlanta.

Sources in the Jail have also leacked that his health is deteriorating due to his Siphilis, coming down with multiple health problems and the mentality of a 12-year-old.

They might not have been able to catch him with his most infamous acts of gangslayings, like the St. Valentines Day Massacre, but he was caught and is rightfully serving his time.
