There a countless studies that have found green
tea speeds up your metabolism and increases fat
burning. It contains a compound called catechin
which boosts energy expenditure, increases the
release of fat from fat cells (especially around the
stomach area) and speeds up your liver’s ability
to burn fat. Drink up to 4 per day prior to 4pm as
green tea does contain caffeine.
Tulsi tea is considered an adaptogen, which
increases the body’s resistance to a variety
of outside stressors by stimulating a selfregulating response. Tulsi reduces stress,
enhances stamina, relieves inflammation, lowers
cholesterol, eliminates toxins, protects against
radiation, prevents gastric ulcers, lowers fevers,
improves digestion and provides a rich supply of
antioxidants and other nutrients. Tulsi is especially
effective in supporting the heart, blood vessels,
liver and lungs and also regulates blood pressure
