Green juice
Green juices are the best medicine we can give
our bodies. Some of the benefits include:

Juicing allows you to consume a wide variety of
greens all at once with the addition of others you
probably wouldn’t prepare to eat such as kale,
cucumber, celery and parsley – especially timing
it for breakfast, which is the most important time
to power up for your day.
Juicing can make greens more palatable. I like to
sweeten them with an apple or carrot. Also add
a spoonful of Vital Greens powder, a high-quality,
