The annual event, now in its 24th year, recognises the diversity and originality behind the nation’s most remarkable B&Bs and celebrates the people who dedicate their lives to running them.  AA Hospitality MD Simon Numphud said: “We are absolutely delighted to recognise all of our winners, and the passion and dedication they have for their businesses and their guests. The standards of hospitality and accommodation are truly excellent and we are particularly pleased to recognise the outstanding breakfasts through our new national awards.” The winners of the 2019 AA B&B Awards are: AA FRIENDLIEST B&B OF THE YEAR Woodlands Farm Thimbleby, North Yorkshire Woodlands Farm is a Grade II listed building located in the peaceful hamlet of Thimbleby on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors. Quality local produce is a feature, especially in the award-winning breakfasts. Owners Paul and Amy Callin commented: “We are absolutely chuffed to bits to win this award, it means an awful lot to us.”
