Creamed honey is honey that has been processed to control crystallization . Creamed honey contains a large number of small crystals , which prevents the formation of larger crystals that can occur in unprocessed honey . This produces a honey with a smooth , spreadable consistency . - KB Honey , www . kbhoneyfamily . com

If you have gut issues , do you know that the health of your gut microbiome dictates how well your immune system works ? Your gut microbiome is made up of trillions of microorganisms and bacteria present within your gastrointestinal tract . If their delicate flora balance is off it can cause many issues including gas , bloating , sleep disturbances and food sensitivities . Keeping your gut healthy is one of the most important things you can do for your immune system and overall health ! Try these three easy things to help keep your gut happy :
EAT ENOUGH FIBRE ! Consuming 25-30 grams of fibre a day will keep your gut microbiome fed and happy . Take a minute to check how much fibre you eat daily .
DRINK WATER ! Drinking 9 to 10 glasses of water a day helps lower the pH of your gut . High gut acidity feeds the bad gut flora , a more neutral pH helps the good gut flora flourish .
GET ENOUGH SLEEP ! The average adult needs approximately eight hours of sleep daily . Lack of sleep affects the delicate gut flora and puts you at risk of developing health issues such as food sensitivities . - Diane Couse , www . foodsensitivitycoach . ca
