Obviously,
not everything made
after 1900s is bad.
Some works are as great as their predecessors,
but what makes them
"good" is far more than simply being in a gallery for a while.
What these artists have understood is
"the inevitability of
standards".
To the viewer,
the standards may not be clear visually,
but wil surely be felt.
The new sexy word for most of nowadays works is the
"conceptual art".
