Number one-

Need to wake up?

-Chew cinnamon gum

-Splash face with cold water

Number two-

Breath smelly?

-Carry breath spray

-Chew mint gum

-Rinse mouth with minty mouth wash

Need to study?

-Put a piece of candy at the end of each paragraph, then eat after you read the paragraph

-Chew gum while you study, to help you focus. Chew the same flavor of gum during the test/ assignment to help you remember the information
