斷捨離」近年成為一種生活品味。
斷捨離」，其實即是「斷絕不需要的東西；捨去多餘的事物；脫
離對物品的執着」。簡言之，就是斷絕我們生命中一切不必要的東
西。家居斷捨離，造就一片室內設計的極簡風潮。甚至有人說「人
際關係斷捨離」，斷絕一切不必要的社交，離開那些有毒的人際關
係。沒有，有時更勝擁有。
Danshari is a concept from Japan. The word Danshari is comprised of
three different kanji, in particular "refusal", "disposal" and "separation".
Essentially, Danshari is a concept, which represents a way of life or
an attitude towards life. "Refusal" means refusing unnecessary things,
"disposal" stands for disposing of excessive things and "separation"
is the cutting or or removal of all unnecessary things. There are even
some people talking about "interpersonal relationship Danshari". They
cut off all unnecessary social life and leave those "poision" relationships
behind." In short, the concept of Danshari encapsulates the notion that
owning nothing is sometimes better than owning something.
我們珍而重之的嬌嫩肌膚，不也應該來一場斷捨離？日常積聚的污
垢、歲月帶來的軌跡，以至各種原因形成的色斑，是你所想要的
