迎賓茶： 粉紅彿朗明哥之茶
Welcome drink: Pink Flamingo Tea
顏色令人喜悅，讓心情進入放鬆狀態。
淡茶香中帶點酸甜，有醒胃作用。 Delightful colours can make you feel relaxed. A light
scent of tea which carries with it a little bit of sweet
and sour flavouring can work up your appetite.
前菜： 皓空之茶 Appetizer: White Sky Tea
白茶屬淡茶類別，帶著依蘭花的香氣，
清甜而不會蓋過魚肉鮮味。 White tea is a light tea, with the scent of ylang
ylang, the sweetness does not cover the delicacy
of fish.
主菜—海鮮： 情人茶 Main Course - seafood: Love Me Tea
綠茶，素來都是配搭海鮮刺身的不二之
選。當中的橙花和馬鞭草，配合海鮮更
讓人有著愉快的心情。 Green tea is always a good pairing with seafood
and sashimi. Fragrant lime blossoms and verbena
inside the tea makes seafood an enjoyment.
主菜—牛肉： 綠茶美人 Main Course - beef: Green Beauty
同樣是綠茶，但精選了森林漿果調配而
成，除了為味蕾帶來刺激，亦可以中和
紅肉中的油脂。 Green tea, with selected forest berries, excite
and stimulate the scent of taste and moderate
the oil and fat in red meat.
甜品： 戀人早餐茶 Dessert: Valentine Breakfast
黑茶。茶味最濃，香氣馥郁，為味覺之
旅畫上完美句號。
炙燒日本A5和牛西冷 配 牛肝菌及焦糖迷你蘿蔔（佐以
御選普洱茶茶香牛肉汁）
Black Tea, with the strongest taste. This rich
scent brings the exhilarating tasting journey to a
perfect end.
香焗鱈魚 配 蟹肉及泰蘆筍（佐以皇后茉莉花綠茶茶香
海鮮醬及鮮海膽）
品茶之外，當晚 BEAUSKIN
Medical 的創辦人
兼行政總裁方潔盈小姐 Jathy 更到場與尊賞會
的客戶分享美容心得，又率領一班 BEAUSKIN
員工與會員同歡，大玩有獎遊戲。有當晚的參
與者更表示：「真心覺得 BEAUSKIN 很好，外
面哪有連鎖式的醫美中心老闆會親自出來，為
品牌做公關活動？我跟朋友都對尊賞會搞的活
動讚不絕口，下次也一定會支持！」

Lightly torched A5 Wagyu striploin accompanied by
glazed porcini mushrooms and caramelized radish,
served with a beef jus infused with Pu-Erh Prestige.
Baked cod fillet accompanied by crab meat and
Thai asparagus, served with a Jasmine Queen Tea
infused seafood velouté topped with sea urchin.
Besides tea tasting, there was a special guest
that night – Jathy Fong, BEAUSKIN Medical’s
founder and CEO. She was there to share
her beauty experience with BeauDollar Club
members. Moreover, she also led a group of
BEAUSKIN’s staff to the dinner gathering,
providing a chance for BEAUSKIN’s staff and
customers to build rapport. Games and prizes
took the night to a highest point. One of the
participants said, “I think BEAUSKIN is truly
good. There is no other owner of an aesthetic
medical group who would participate in public
relation events in person. My friends and I
really appreciate all of the events organized by
the BeauDollar Club. And we definitely will join
again next time!"
