Philosophical moments with Tea WG
當晚， BEAUSKIN 特別請來幾位 Tea WG 茶藝大師，與會員分享如何以不同的好茶，配
合不同的佳餚，令味覺的享受能夠提升到另一層次。
在場不少人都驚歎，原來食物與茶的配搭原來可以講究到這個程度。由餐前、前菜、
主菜，到甜品，原來都可細分配合不同的茶。是繁複，還是只是把飲食回歸為一個神
聖的儀式，就視乎觀點與角度。

elevating one's sense of taste to another level.

香港人的工作非常繁忙，愈有賺錢能力的
人往往愈忙。然而，賺錢其中一個重要的
目的不就是享受生活、寵愛自己嗎？怎麼
好像有點本末倒置了？時間千金難求，但
享受當下一刻，可能只消呷一口茶的時間。 People in Hong Kong are often very busy. Those with
higher earnings are usually busier. However, one
reason which motivates people to make money is to
enjoy life and indulge oneself. Is that kind of putting
the cart before the horse? Time is like gold dust.
However, it does not take long to enjoy the moment
– may be just a few seconds taking a sip of tea.
7月份的一個夏夜，尊賞會就邀請了一班會
員於中環 IFC 的 Tea WG salon & boutique 相
聚，暫時把所有俗務「斷捨離」，齊齊呷
口茶，吃吃精緻的餐點，圓滿當下一刻。
At a summer night in July, BeauDollar Club invited its
members to Tea WG Salon & Boutique in IFC Central
to enjoy a dinner party. Everyone had a great time and
forgot all about their daily troubles for the time being.
Many participants were surprised by the fine details of tea pairing. Different kinds
of tea were served at different stages; before the meal, with the appetizer, the main
course and desserts. Was it all just a fuss or was it making dining a sacred ritual
again? It all depends on one's perspective.
