二十七歲已做CEO，那之前Jathy是做
什麼的？愛美的她可能也是做美容行
業吧？想不到，再度誤判。「以前做
PR（公關行業）、marketing（市場
推廣）。還創過兩次業，也是公關及市
場推廣相關的。」所以二十七歲已是第
3次創業？問她BEAUSKIN是否最成功
的一次創業，她豪氣干雲：「沒有成功
這回事的！什麼叫成功？永遠都還有更
好！」霸氣與謙虛，原來可以並存。

真的要說為何BEAUSKIN做得不錯，
是因為自己年紀大了，學懂了做事要
堅持。」 "If I really have to say why BEAUSKIN is
running okay, I will have to say that it is
because I have grown older and learnt to be
persistent when I do things.
今年，她才不過三十有二。 This year, Jathy is only 32 years old.

Company trips are not rare things in BEAUSKIN because Jathy treasures every member of her staff.
Jathy was already a CEO at the age of 27, but
what did she do prior to that? I thought to
myself that she might have also worked in the
beauty industry. Again, I was wrong. "I was
in public relations (PR) and marketing fields.
I also started two businesses before, which
were also related to PR and marketing." So it
was a third attempt at starting a business at
age 27? Was BEAUSKIN the most successful
attempt? "There is no such thing called
success! How do you define success? There is
always room for improvement!" Spoken like
a boss but also humble.
I DON’T HAVE STRESS
當今日香港人人呻壓力大，作為 CEO 的
Jathy ，今年預計BEAUSKIN開到第7分
店，壓力應該不少。壓力大，皮膚怎
樣 keep ？ Everyone claims to be stressed in Hong
Kong but as a CEO who is about to open the
8th BEAUSKIN store this year, surely Jathy is
under a lot of stress. How can she keep her
skin beautiful with such high levels of stress?
我沒有壓力。這是我天生的特質。我
可以晚上只睡3、4個小時，還是很有
精力去做工作上的事，因為這就是我的
興趣。我不會覺得因為工作而少了時間
逛街就很慘，我不逛街的，我的衣服都
是網購回來。也不會覺得因為工作，而
少了時間與酒肉朋友講別人是非是好
慘，因為我本來就不愛這些活動。」
成功的人，都有一些超乎常人的生活
方式。 "I do not feel stressed. I was born like this. I
can sleep for only 3 to 4 hours at night but
still be very energetic to do work, because
working is my interest. Even though I may
not have the time to shop or gossip with my
girlfriends, I do not feel sad. I simply am not
interested in those activities." Successful
people usually lead an extraordinary lifestyle.
