問: Bellasonic？為何好像從來沒有在香港見過
這款儀器？可以簡介一下嗎？
Q: What is Bellasonic? It seems it has never
appeared in Hong Kong before! Can you
tell us more about Bellasonic and its main
functions?
答: B e l l a s o n i c 是 最 新 進 軍 香 港 的 儀 器 ， 而
BEAUSKIN Medical 就是全香港首間引入Bellasonic
的醫學美容中心，現在於BEAUSKIN就可以做到
Bellasonic的療程了。就住在香港的人經常接觸
紫外線、污染物，加上日常面對的壓力，會削
弱皮膚細胞自身的自然防禦系統。Bellasonic代
表的是一個美學的全新潮流，它使用了以下兩
項技術：

這次要介紹的，是在香港面世不久，卻已掀起一陣「雞蛋風潮」的Bellasonic。它提供的是無針
滲透療程，聞說效果卻媲美入侵性導入療程，做完一次，即有如剝殼雞蛋一般光滑。當中的原理
到底是怎樣？就讓我們一起來問問原廠代理！
There is a tremendous number of aesthetic medical devices available on the market. Some of these
devices originate from the U.S. while others claim to be the newest and hottest one from Korea. It is
therefore understandable for many customers to feel worried and skeptical. In most cases, the only
reassurance or explanation about these devices comes from the persuasive but sometimes misleading
words of beauty salons and aesthetic medical centres. Hence, BeauTech will explain the working
principles behind the many different aesthetic medical devices from a technological standpoint.
In this very first issue of Beaugazine, we would like to introduce the aesthetic medical device known as
Bellasonic. This is a brand new device in Hong Kong which provides needle-free infusion treatment yet
ensuring that the treatment efficacy is comparable to that of an invasive infusion treatment. One treatment
and the skin will be as smooth as an hard-boiled egg. So what is the reason behind its effectiveness?

2.推輓技術—探頭可於皮膚表面引發「空穴效
應」，於表皮造成細小開口，同時會造成正
負壓力，為塗於皮膚表面的物質製造鎚擊般
的導入功效。
A: Bellasonic is one of the latest aesthetic
medical devices to have entered Hong Kong,
having been imported by BEAUSKIN Medical to
be used in its aesthetic medical centres. As those
living in Hong Kong would know, there is a high
risk of exposure to harmful UV lights, air pollution
and stress, all of which decreases our skin's
natural defence system. Bellasonic represents a
new trend in aesthetic treatments by utilising the
following two technologies:
1. Dualsound - where the mechanical force of
ultrasound is used to stimulate and regenerate
the cells.
2. Push-Pull - where the handpiece is able to
induce the micro cavitation on the surface of
the skin. It creates “tiny openings in epidermis”
as well as positive and negative pressures. It is
also responsible for “hammer like” delivery of
any topical into the skin.

Q: Bellasonic claims to “wake up sleeping
cells”. What does that mean?
答: 人類皮膚老化與皮膚受到的破壞增多，以及
自然防禦減弱有關。Bellasonic的專利科技可於細
胞內與表皮上形成「空穴效應」的「氣泡」。由
於壓力的變換，「氣泡」會擺動與振盪，引致
以下的臨床轉變：
1. 令細胞自然膨脹，體積增大
2. 激活細胞新陳代謝與氧合
3. 加速排毒過程，帶走皮膚中的廢物
這個一系列的動作會啟動和刺激細胞，亦即是
我們說的「喚醒」它們。
A: Ageing of the human skin is associated with
and caused by the destruction of skin cells
caused by harmful environmental factors. In
turn, this lowers and reduces our skin's natural
defence. Bellasonic, thanks to its proprietary
technology, is able to create microcavitation zone
"bubbles" inside the cells and on the surface of
the epidermis. Due to this change in pressure,
the "bubbles" will oscillate and vibrate, causing
certain clinical changes to the skin, notably:
1.improving natural turgor of the cell as well as
its volume;
2.stimulating the cell metabolism and
oxygenation; and
3.accelerating detoxification by remove waste
from the skin.
This dynamic action helps to activate and stimulate
the skin cells, and is therefore "waking them up".
