18 BeauTalk 絕 不 硬 銷 說自己做醫美,很多聽者會浮想聯翩, 一個個美容女哄騙毒男買療程package 的故事仿如「有聲post」般在腦海不斷 loop。方潔盈Jathy開的這間BEAUSKIN 卻如醫美界的一股清流,竟然打正旗號說 自己「絕不硬銷」。 不 sell 多點package,如何做到利益極大 化?事實證明我想太多,不硬銷,不代 表生意不興隆。2014年 BEAUSKIN 第一 間醫學美容中心開幕,短短4年,今年9 月份已經開到第5間。「今年還會多開2 間,一間在銅鑼灣,還有一間在沙田。」 版圖即將擴展至新界,雄心壯志。動作, 也追得上。 NO HARD SELL When somebody says that he/she works in the aesthetic medical industry, people may categorize them as pretty saleslady fraudsters who scam unsuspecting single geeks into buying treatment packages. That is the stereotype that exists. However, BEAUSKIN, which was founded by Ms. Jathy Fong, is a breath of fresh air as it breaks the stereotype by promoting "no hard-sell". So how then can an aesthtic medical company maximise its benefits without selling the most treatment packages? The fact is, I worried too much. The fact that BEAUSKIN does not "hard-sell" does not mean that it lacks direction or that its business is not doing well. BEAUSKIN opened its first centre in 2014 and since then it has opened up another 4 medical centres in just 4 years. "There will be another 2 stores opening this year, one in Causeway Bay and another in Shatin." There are even talks that the business will be expanding to the New Territories.
