The award has been given to 30 individuals since then whose lives have been a reflection of the mission of OSU Extension in Coshocton County - to engage people to strengthen their lives and communities through research-based educational programming. 1995 The 4-H Endowment Fund was established that provides for college scholarships and grants and funds toward specific youth and 4-H programs. 2001 First Master Gardener Volunteers are trained in Coshocton County.
