The 30A Half Marathon & 5K brought to you by Visit South Walton , The 30A Company , and 360 Blue Properties is an annual race that begins and ends at Gulf Place . The course features 13.1 miles of iconic landmarks , coastal dune lakes , and quaint beach communities . Enjoy free beer and fun all weekend , kicking off with the 30A BBQ Festival on Friday evening and continuing through Sunday afternoon .
