Summer Cocktail ROSEMARY GRAPEFRUIT PALOMA

1 1 / 2 ounces aged tequila • 3 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit 1 / 2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice • splash of soda water sea salt rim , for garnish • sprigs of rosemary , for garnish
1 . Rim your cocktail glass with a lime wedge and dredge your glass in the sea salt . Set aside . 2 . In a shaker , combine the tequila , grapefruit juice and lime juice . 3 . Add ice and shake vigorously until frothy . 4 . Carefully fill your cocktail glass with fresh ice and strain the cocktail into it . 5 . Add a splash of soda water for some effervescence . 6 . Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary !
