Margaritas are the most common tequila-based cocktail in the U . S . There are tons of variations of this classic cocktail , but it ’ s our firm belief that the simpler , the better . Ingredients : 1 oz . tequila , . 5 oz . Grand Marnier , 2 oz . fresh lime juice , 4 oz . crushed ice , 1 lime wedge , 1 pinch of salt . Rub rim of a chilled rocks glass with lime . Dip glass into salt to coat . Fill shaker with ice . Add tequila , Grand Marnier , and lime juice . Shake well . Strain drink into the glass filled with ice , and garnish with lime wedge . Julep
A standard southern cocktail , the Mint Julep is simplicity at its best . Traditionally , it is made with only four ingredients : mint leaf , bourbon , sugar and water . Ingredients : 1 tsp . sugar , 1-2 fresh mint leaves , 2 oz . bourbon , ice cubes . In a cocktail shaker , combine sugar and mint leaves ; crush mint with the back of a spoon . Add bourbon and ice cubes ; cover and shake until sugar is dissolved and drink is very cold . Fill an 8 oz . glass with crushed ice , and strain liquid into glass . Garnish with mint sprigs . With a name that literally translates to “ strained pineapple ”, this sweet classic cocktail is always a beach go-to . The simple ingredients of rum , pineapple juice and cream of coconut , make it a no-frills recipe that you can whip up in no time . Ingredients : 1.5 oz . light rum , 2 oz . cream of coconut , 2 oz . pineapple juice , 1 c . crushed ice . Pour rum , cream of coconut , and pineapple juice into a blender with one cup of crushed ice . Blend until smooth , and pour into a collins glass . Ingredients : whiskey , lemonade , honey sticks , lemon slices . Mix 1 oz . whiskey with 6 oz . lemonade and garnish with a lemon slice and honey stick .
