A native of Connecticut , DR . CRAIG FOISIE attended Brown University , graduating in 1998 with a BS in biology . He then received a scholarship to attend Boston University School of Dental Medicine through the Navy , beginning a ten-year military career in which he completed residencies in periodontics and dental implantology with advanced training in anesthesia . Recently taking over for Dr . Carnevale in Westerly , Dr . Foisie is offering Rhode Island residents the most current and minimally-invasive treatments including laser periodontal therapy ( LANAP ), the Chao Pinhole gum graft , IV sedation and digitally guided dental implant placement , all in a comfortable environment .
