ABOUTALPHAEUS
ALPHAEUS was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC.
He is a graduate of Anderson University with a BA in
Christian Ministries and Minor in Music. He is married
to his best friend Alexias. Alphaeus is a sought after
songwriter and producer and is currently serving as
band director at Redemption World Outreach Center
in Greenville, SC (Apostle Ron Carpenter, Jr.). He is
CEO of a Christian independent label in SC called
Music2ChangeU Records. Alphaeus is passionate
about teaching and training and uses 1 Samuel 16 as
a model scripture as a musician. A calling that is dear
to Alphaeus is the charge to gather the youth of this
hour and provoke praise and worship through their
pure hearts. Alphaeus has founded one of the only
children and youth choirs in Gospel industry. They are
an assembly of appointed and anointed young people
known as Pure-N-Heart Kids and Teen Pure-NHeart. Under Alphaeus’ direction Pure-N-Heart now
consists of over 400 children and teens representing
SC, NC and GA churches, ages 5-21. In 2012 Teen
Pure-N-Heart brought home a Stellar Award.
