ThisBIRTHDAYS AND BABIES lots of people for a lot of different reasons. was a big year for BIG Here we run through a few of the big milestones in 2013! CVJ WIN SIGNET BUSINESS The success and appeal of V2 continues to go from strength to strength with the news that another suplier has taken the system on board to aid them with their in-house validations. BIRTHDAYS & BABIES Affinion, who underwrite a number of gadget policies have become the latest company to buy into the benefits of V2. The company will be generating approximately 12,000 claims a year. As part of our ongoing strategy to engage a diverse range of clients Affinion will use the system on laptop and mobile phone claims for validation. In addition there will also be a portion of the inspect and repair work that the company generate. A selection of jewellery claims will also be picked up by the Eastbourne LMG team. Due dilligance is complete and we are awaiting a confirmation date for the program to start. AXA REZOLVE RATES ROCKET August saw the Axa Rezolve rates soar with the temperature this year as claim volumes hit an all time high. The Guild Of Valuers & Jewellers have pulled of another coup for the company that the news that, following a pilot period, they have secured the permanent contract to provide jewellery valuations for the signet group across all three of the companies high street brand; H. Samuel; Leslie Davis & Ernest Jones. The scheme means that GVJ will be responsible for valuations in every Signet store with additional valuations sent direct to Bath. In store they are operated as “valuation days”, somewhat similar to The Antiques Roadshow but with less Fiona Bruce. Chris Simpson who leads the GVJ team said; “blah blah blah. Blahdedy blahdedy Blah” A 460% increase saw the team put under incredible pressure with claims going from the usual 100 to over 600. As always the BeValued team stepped up to the challenge and, not only kept their head above water, but managed the claims efficiently and expertly without letting the increased workload impact on the delivery of service to the client. A big thank you to Layla Hewitt, Patricia Gouviea and Sarah Barrow for all accepting secondment to the team in it’s hour of need and a huge well done to Karen Shepherd to steering the good ship Rezolve through the choppy waters.
