As part of the further diversification of our offering we have launched our flooring and furniture service:
Home Options.
Following on from the success of the scheme in Ireland we have, over the past 9 months, moved to
introduce the brand into the UK at the request of our clients.
We are in a position where we can offer a fully rounded proposition to our clients which will incorporate
inspections; restoration and repairs; replacement and fitting of carpets, wooden floors and ceramic tiles.
We can also offer validation repair and replacement of furniture.
Our extensive supply chain, which includes both national and independent suppliers offers complete
coverage and satisfies the whole spectrum of insurer and customer needs.
Claim pilots have already begun with certain clients and we are looking forward to Home Options
contributing to an even brighter 2014 for the company.
LMG have further expanded the brand with the
acquisition of Albion Jewellery. The purchase of the
company includes a new London address in the
jewellery hub of the capital: Hatton Garden.
Having worked with Albion extensively over the
years the move to incorporate them into the LMG
fold will allow us further control over the process
resulting in an improvement to the service we
provide around bespoke jewellery manufacture.
Further more the additional element of control will
enable us to reduce life cycles and quality control
across the board.
The Albion team, under the direction of Stephen
Kopaloff, is working hard to expand the wholesale
element of the business by introducing the band
and its products to retailers throughout the UK.

The contract with The Warranty Group continues
to grow with the company now placing more
than 1000 validations a month through V2.
The combination of the validation tool and the
expert assistance from the V2 team have helped
to produce an average of 500 orders a month.
The Warranty Group are a specialist insurer,
specialising in electrical product and extended
warranties.
They are part of a wider range of clients that are
providing an additional workload to that of our
more traditional clients.
