Introducing Sue Fahnert
1. What is my job, and where am I based?
Sue Fahnert, VP of US Operations - based in the Orem, Utah office. With a small office I get the opportunity to do everything from company management, HR, and managing clients to taking out the garbage!
2. What is my background, and how did I get here?
I worked for Altiris/Symantec for 13 years and the last 3 years of that time, I was in Marketing and had developed the Marketing Support Center globally. bChannels was the vendor to provide that support for me in EMEA and then APJ. I have to say that Giz was the lynch pin in winning the business for bChannels. She truly lived the core values, and as a Client, I was so impressed with the commitment to delivering the best Partner Support possible. It was bitter sweet leaving my teams at SYMC, but getting to join bChannels was an opportunity to be a part of something I felt was a part of my DNA and passion for the Channel and how we can make a better Partner world for our Clients' niche and drive results because of my first hand experience.
