bChannels Annual

Employee Feedback Survey

Here at bChannels we really value the feedback we receive as it is one of the key ways that we can bring about positive changes. We ran the bChannels Annual Employee Feedback Survey so that we could hear your thoughts on how we can progress as a business and we would like to thank everyone who took the time to complete the survey.

The survey was split into four groups, Team, Work, Self and Company. People were encouraged to give their opinions on each section.

We received some very positive feedback;

• People feel proud to work for bChannels and would recommend working at bChannels to a friend.

• There are opportunities for personal growth and development

• An emphasis is placed on team work and values

• Goals and strategies are clearly communicated

• bChannels is considered a motivational place in which to work

We have also identified what we can do to improve as a company;

• Better communication between the team

• Clearer definition and demonstration of the bChannels core values

The results from this survey will be carefully looked at by the senior management team and incorporated into an action plan for 2014. These are just some of the trainings we ran as a result of the survey last year: Buddy scheme, Excel training, English language classes and more in depth training for line managers.
