BCX can offer, via its Asset Finance division, financing on Cisco solutions where deals can

also allows clients to build in protection on investments through technology refreshes
and built in solutions upgrades.
BCX LAB and Piloting of Solutions
BCX CNS has a fully equipped LAB, where solutions can be tested without the risk of
doing on-line / on-site testing. This LAB is at the disposal of BCX CNS clients should it be
necessary for piloting any ventures prior to being rolled out on the live network. BCX
CNS has certified engineers who will assist, providing consulting and technical skills to
clients making use of the LAB. The LAB can also be used by clients for training and
practical experience of its support staff who are interested in obtaining certification.
These facilities are only available to existing clients of BCX CNS. Services will be scoped
and priced on a per case basis.
Network Health Checks and Audits
BCX CNS can conduct network health checks and audits using state of the art diagnostic
tools such as NETMRI and Netformx to ensure optimum network performance. This
exercise will produce comprehensive reports that will highlight the following:
A full network discovery showing devices, configurations, network
addresses, serial numbers, end of life status, etc.
Network health status
Best practice compliancy
Security policy compliancy
Network components that are failing intermittently
In conjunction with Cisco, BCX CNS can also deploy the ProNet audit tool that will
provide information on the installed base, product numbers, serial numbers, end of life
status of devices, etc.

Access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC)
Access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Centre, provides partners and clients with
access to advanced support assistance. This means that clients can get access to
software, documentation, technical and configuration information. Additionally it
provides for a direct line of communication to the Cisco engineers and developers in
order to speed up the process of problem solving.
