F3 Smokies
Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith are names of the game for F3. A group that is exclusively for men, F3 meets before the sun rises at various locations around town, like Springbrook or Sandy Springs park.
If you see men hauling cinder blocks, you have successfully located the group, as their only form of equipment is the 40-pound hunk of cement that is used for anything from kettlebell swings to overhead presses.
The group aims to“ plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.”
F3 is free and meets Monday through Saturday.
