BCF has a new home, and a new team,
now the move to Coventry is complete.
A key part of the strategy to relocate
included securing the professional staff
from Leatherhead, who now officially
work from home, and travel up to
Coventry most weeks for member
meetings. Whilst we retained all the

recruit new people in Coventry – in
fact 50% of BCF’s workforce have been
recruited in the last 12 months in Coventry. Building a strong
bond between home and office workers has been an important
part of the team development, and we have a great atmosphere
in the office.
The new back office team is headed by Nadine Saxon, who
is doing a great job, together with her team of Lorraine Beard
(finance and training), Belle Robertson (membership services)
and Jo O’Neill (admin support). The back office team ensure the
office runs smoothly, especially BCF committee meetings, but
they also run the office functions of membership services, HR,
accounts and training.
Leading our membership activities is Ali Brown, who has been
instrumental in the past few years in bringing in a record number
of new members to the Federation and ensuring membership
satisfaction and retention is at an all time high.
Our marketing department, led by Tania Morrill, added
“Publication of the Year” as the latest award win, for the BCF’s
annual handbook, having won ‘Marketing Initiative of the Year’ the
previous year. Tania has two new team members – Marketing
Executive Abbie Dryburgh, and Intern Leah Clark. The team
does a fantastic job creating first rate publications, online content,
videos and events for the membership.
