So what's next for you?
After an incredible first summer of being freelance I have been taking time to regroup and reflect on how things have gone so far, and do some business planning for the winter and 2016 season.
This year for me was about establishing myself and my brand and I’m really happy with how this has gone. I have a string of Christmas demos and masterclasses booked in for November and December, and then it’s back to Lancashire for a traditional Christmas.
I have been working with an amazing designer this year that has come up with my branding, and we are currently working on my new website. Needless to say I’m very excited for this will be launched and can’t wait for people to see it.
For 2016 I already have a lot of repeat business for demos and masterclasses.
I want to establish venues of my own where I can host BBQ masterclasses around the country and offer people a very personal BBQ-centric cooking experience.
I have some collaborations in the works that I can’t say too much about now, but do keep an eye out for them when the website launches.
