We'd like to welcome new UK BBQ Mag team member Andy Williams to our crew. Andy has already been a massive support and written some awesome articles for us, his stunning photos and wonderful way of describing foods is awesome. But he also does an awful lot of travelling, so will be sharing some worldwide BBQ tales with you all. An experienced BBQ judge and all round top bloke.
We're all revving up for Grillstock in a months time...it's a great event, and if you haven't been along yet, you really should.
This year the Grillstock crew have teamed up with Dallas Fort Worth to run a competition to visit Dallas Fort Worth... which would be a pretty epic trip we think.
