Every Issue of UK BBQ Mag we will be picking out a Pitboss from all the picks shared on social media, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The winner will be showered with goodies from a kind supporting company. The Autumn Issue Pitboss is Kris Krivickas, we loved his mac n cheese fatty and screwed down tight porchetta, and some stunningly smoked chicken.
