This Issue we take a peek at some of the new teams that have made their first steps in to competition BBQ. It's a sign that the UK competition scene is healthy and growing quickly that new teams are finding their feet and entering their first competition.
Demand for places at some smaller competitions has been huge. Pengrillie recently had a huge demand for new team places, and of the 12 teams 9 were brand new to competing. Smoke on the Waters next year has encouraged 2 brand new teams to come together. The future is bright.....
