Key Findings

The majority of shareholders ( 65 %) support the idea of opening enrollment to descendants of original shareholders .
59 % would also accept some level of share dilution that would result in dividends being shared with a larger number of shareholders .
57 % of shareholders would like to require at least 1 / 4 Alaska Native blood quantum for descendants to qualify for enrollment .
50 % of shareholders preferred issuing 50 shares or fewer to each descendant who enrolls .
71 % of shareholders support issuing shares through an approach that encourages descendants to complete their education .
No decision has been made to move forward with a descendant enrollment . Enrollment can only be opened if approved by a shareholder vote and no vote on this issue is scheduled at this time .
