AN AUDIT
BBNC must refrain from taking any
action that misleads, impedes, or
otherwise disrupts the work of either
the internal auditors or independent
outside auditors, including any
action to fraudulently induce, coerce,
manipulate, hinder, or mislead any
auditor in any respect.
