The RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight( BBMF) and its precious historic aircraft provide a living tribute more powerful than any static memorial. The BBMF motto,“ Lest We Forget”, encapsulates the Flight’ s raison d’ etre.
RAF Memorial Flight Club
If you would like to become more involved in supporting the BBMF and its work, get access to exclusive‘ behind-thescenes’ information and receive news about the Flight’ s activities and its aircraft, as well as many other fantastic benefits, then the RAF Memorial Flight Official Club is for you.
You can become a member of the Club for just £ 30 per year( plus £ 5 postage if joining online or by phone).
The BBMF needs your support, and funds raised by the Club directly support many of the Flight’ s projects and activities. In return for your support, you will become part of the BBMF’ s own special Club that takes you to the heart of the action.
As a member of this prestigious Club, you will receive two high-quality, glossy magazines each year( the Yearbook each spring and an Autumn Journal in October). The Club magazines feature stunning images of the Flight’ s aircraft, and are packed full of behind-the-scenes insights into the BBMF, with some articles written by members of the Flight themselves, and others detailing the always inspirational and sometimes heart-rending personal stories represented by the BBMF aircraft. These magazines are not on sale to the general public and are exclusively for Club members. You can also sign up to receive monthly email newsletters, with exclusive information keeping Club members up to date with what is happening at the Flight.
Club members are entitled to free tours of the BBMF hangar, via the BBMF Visitor Centre, on production of a valid membership card, and also get the chance to attend the annual BBMF Members’ Day.
In addition, all Club members are entered into monthly prize ballots to win some wonderful prizes, some of which money cannot buy, such as special access opportunities and experiences at the BBMF.
This Official Club gives you the opportunity to be part of the team and to directly support the RAF BBMF.
