Our delicious , award-winning smoked Scottish salmon is sure to be the star of the show and will make the perfect centrepiece for any gathering . With guaranteed Scottish provenance , each batch is skilfully hand-crafted by our Smoke Master at our smokehouse in Stornoway , Isle of Lewis in the remote outer Hebrides .
Our small-batch production begins with hand-curing fresh Scottish salmon fillets , before gently double-smoking and finishing over Scotch whisky cask chippings in a traditional pebble-lined kiln . This ensures that each and every pack delivers a unique flavour profile evocative of the Hebrides .
