Seated among a beautiful spread of glutenfree Colombian delicacies, the founder presents an array of traditional dishes made from wholesome, natural ingredients. At the core of these delights are two ancestral staples: cassava( yuca) and plantain— the foundation of favourites like the chewy, cheesy Pandebono( cheese bread), crispy Tostones, and our signature Patacones topped with shredded beef or chicken.
Adding even more flavour to the feast are our beloved Colombian empanadas— gluten-free corn pockets filled with savoury beef, shredded chicken, or a flavourful vegan vegetable mix, seasoned with authentic Colombian spices.
And to quench your thirst, we serve refreshing tropical fruit juices, alongside traditional Colombian chorizo, all prepared with care and passion for quality.
